Hoopla 101 - $25 + $25 material fees
Would you like an extra special hoop made by you? Would you like to burn up to 100 calories in 10 minutes? Would you like to meet new and creative folks who laugh and love their bodies? Well of course you would!!! Participants will walk out with a hoop, a handout and a clue about Hoopdance in Houston. It is much easier to get your Hoop on with a hoop in Hand!

What: In this workshop you'll learn:

• Why hooping is cool
• Why You wanna hoop
• How to make your own hoop (and then take it home!)
• Where you can find hoop in Houston
• How to keep it up ~ waist hooping and beyond
• Who can you recruit to join your hoop tribe!

Other: If there is something you would like to put in your hoop to add some mojo (marble, feathers, super special secret note), bring that along as well. Optional: snacks cause Hoopers Get Hungry! Rowan TwoSisters is 1/2 of the HoopSisters and wants to help You find Yourself in a Hoop.

Fermented Foods - Get Cultured! $30
Cultured Vegetables: the most efficient and effective way to balance the immune and digestive systems, and thus all the other systems of the body. They are shredded vegetables that are cultured in beneficial bacteria, similar to that in yogurt. They remain crispy and fresh tasting for a long time. Eliminating toxins, replenishing beneficial flora, boosting the immune system are just a few of the benefits of eating a few tablespoons of cultured vegetables daily.

What: This 2 hour class with Rowan TwoSisters, the Culture(d) Queen will include a discussion of the benefits of cultured foods, learning to make a batch of cultured veggies and a jar of veggies to take home

Creative Tarot Study Group - Love Donation
Let's Learn By Doing! Each week we will focus on a specific card and explore it in depth by:

• reviewing its history
• analyzing the colors, symbols and position of the card
• discussing traditional meanings
• discussing intuitive meanings ~ what would you bring, add or subtract if this was your deck?
• And for our grand finale we will make a card of our own.

I'll bring: card stock, mags to cut up, scissors, colored pencils, stamps, glue sticks and possibly have a laminator so we can seal the deal. Can you bring: a notebook dedicated to this project, a deck of your own so we can compare, and art supplies if you feel like sharing?

Fee: There is not actually a fee for class, suggested donation $7 -$13. We will pass a bag during class. Lets have a class till Readers Studio, and assess as a group if we want to keep going.
